2010 Calendar Fundraiser!

For our first "big" fundraiser we decided to put together 2010 'Beautiful British Columbia' wall calendars. The photos were taken by B.C. residents, and the photos are from all over the province.

The calendars are $20 and will be ready next week! We only have 100 available, so get them while quantities last!

Welcome!

In October, Jamie and I made the decision to participate in the 2010 Weekend to End Women's Cancers. Together, the two of us make up Team Turquoise.

We've created this blog for a multitude of reasons- to get the word out about the Weekend to End Women's Cancers, to document our 2010 journey, and to share news about our fundraising efforts.

Thanks for your time,
Alisha

Funds from the event will be used to support its innovative breast cancer and gynecologic cancers research program using gene technology to develop personalized treatments built on the Agency’s unique strength in genome science and its province-wide cancer control system.
